针对司家营矿业有限公司建设过程中设备选型出现的问题,以设计之初的设备选型、采购、制造、安装、调试、验收、进度及投资控制为研究对象,对新矿山建设项目的设备质量、投资及进度管理加以分析,并列举若干设备技术管理的实例,说明其对在建项目的设备质量、投资用进度控制监理工作管理的重要性。
