博禹MRIC集团日前在京发布的一份人才趋势报告显示,在中国专业人才想换工作的原因上,“更高的薪资报酬”高居榜首,“更明确的职业规划”保持在第二位。调查显示,超过62%的受访者跳槽时薪水至少增加20%。
A recent talent trend report released by Boyu MRIC Group in Beijing shows that “higher pay and reward” topped the list of reasons professionals in China wanted to change jobs, while “clearer career planning” remained in place Two.
