我国和谐社会构建和公民法律素质的提高离不开法学教育,高校法学课堂教学如果仅仅局限于理论知识的讲解,将难以满足学生的学习愿望,同时学生专业知识的提高离不开案例教学。在法学教学课堂中推广案例教学,指导学生理论学习与实践相结合,才可更好地提高专业知识水平。本文分析了法学课堂教学中案例教学法的教学特点,并有针对性地提出实践策略,以不断提高法学课堂教学的质量和效率。
The construction of a harmonious society in our country and improvement of the legal quality of the citizens can not be separated from the legal education. If the teaching of legal science in colleges and universities is limited to the explanation of theoretical knowledge, it will be difficult to meet the students ’desire for learning. At the same time, the improvement of students’ professional knowledge can not be separated from case teaching. Promoting case teaching in the law teaching class and guiding students to combine theoretical study with practice can we improve the level of professional knowledge. This paper analyzes the teaching characteristics of case teaching in law classroom teaching and puts forward some practical strategies in order to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of law classroom teaching.
