目的:探讨湖南省食物中毒发生、死亡水平、变化趋势及其时间分布规律。方法:食物中毒资料来源于湖南省卫生厅信息室,采用描述性分析、趋势检验法对2000—2009年湖南省食物中毒进行现状描述及趋势分析,用圆形分布对2000—2008年食物中毒时间集中趋势进行检验,并计算高峰时点与高峰时区。结果:2000—2009年湖南省食物中毒人口中毒次数和食物中毒平均年发生率分别为0.072/10万,1.937/10万,无趋势变化;平均死亡率和病死率为0.015/10万,0.77%,两者呈下降趋势。圆形分布分析显示食物中毒分布存在集中趋势。2000—2008年食物中毒平均高峰时点为8月28日,平均高峰时区为6月7日至11月18日。结论:湖南省食物中毒发生率较低,死亡率呈下降趋势,夏秋季节为食物中毒高发季节,应针对高峰时区、尤其是高峰时点进行食品安全监测,全面加强食物中毒防控。
Objective: To investigate the incidence of food poisoning in Hunan Province, the level of death, the changing trend and the distribution of time. Methods: Food poisoning data were collected from the Information Department of Hunan Provincial Department of Health. Descriptive analysis and trend test were used to analyze the status quo and trend of food poisoning in Hunan Province during 2000-2009. The food poisoning time Focus on the trend test, and calculate the peak hours and peak time zones. Results: The annual incidence of food poisoning and food poisoning in Hunan Province during 2000-2009 were 0.072 / lakh and 1.937 / lakh respectively, with no trend change. The average mortality and mortality rate were 0.015 / lakh and 0.77% , Both showed a downward trend. The circular distribution analysis shows that the distribution of food poisoning is concentrated. The average time point of food poisoning in 2000-2008 was August 28, with the average peak time zone from June 7 to November 18. Conclusion: The incidence of food poisoning in Hunan Province is relatively low and the mortality rate is declining. In summer and autumn, the season of food poisoning is the high season for food poisoning. Food safety monitoring should be conducted in the peak time zone, especially at peak time, and overall prevention and control of food poisoning should be strengthened.
