企业的生命周期包括生存期、发展期、成熟期、衰退期和再生期五个阶段。每个阶段企业履行社会责任的意愿和能力均有很大差别,并形成了不同的社会责任取向。提高企业履行社会责任的意愿和能力除了依靠企业自身的努力外,还需要政府和社会明确自己的角色,为企业的发展创造良好的环境。要从政策、市场环境和舆论氛围等方面给予支持和保障,并形成社会责任和企业利益挂钩的市场机制,使履行社会责任成为企业的自觉行为。
The life cycle of an enterprise includes five stages of survival, development, maturity, recession and regeneration. Each phase of corporate social responsibility to fulfill their wishes and abilities are very different, and formed a different orientation of social responsibility. In addition to relying on their own efforts, the government and society need to clarify their own roles and enhance the willingness and ability of enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities so as to create a favorable environment for the development of enterprises. It is necessary to give support and guarantee from the aspects of policy, market environment and atmosphere of public opinion, and to form a market mechanism linking social responsibility with the interests of enterprises so that fulfilling social responsibility becomes the conscious behavior of enterprises.
