阶比分析是内燃机急加速启动过程信号有效的分析方法,它是以得到准确的转速信号对其等角度采样为前提条件的。根据希尔伯特黄变换(hilberthuangtransform),提出了基于瞬时频率估计的内燃机信号阶比分析方法,直接从振动信号的瞬时频率估计得到转速信号。在瞬时频率估计的若干影响因素分析的基础上,提出了改进瞬时频率估计的方法。仿真与实际信号分析证明了该方法的可行性。
Order analysis is an effective method for analyzing the signal of the rapid acceleration start-up process of an internal combustion engine. It is based on the premise that an accurate rotational speed signal is sampled at an equal angle. According to the Hilbert Huang transform, an order ratio analysis method of internal combustion engine based on instantaneous frequency estimation is proposed, which obtains the rotational speed signal directly from the instantaneous frequency of the vibration signal. Based on the analysis of several influencing factors of instantaneous frequency estimation, a method to improve the instantaneous frequency estimation is proposed. Simulation and actual signal analysis prove the feasibility of this method.
