[目的]探究麦冬根、麦冬叶、蜂巢、三七、薤白等7味中草药对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的单方抑菌效果。[方法]使用水煮法分别提取中草药有效成分,并用牛津杯扩散法进行抑菌实验,筛选出有较强抑菌效果的中草药。通过试管倍半稀释法测定7种中草药的MIC值。[结果]麦冬根、麦冬叶、蜂巢、三七、薤白、灯芯草、苍耳子均对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中苍耳子和麦冬叶对大肠杆菌有较好的抑菌效果,MIC为7.81和15.63 mg/ml。三七和苍耳子对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果明显MIC分别为15.63和31.25 mg/ml。且药物的抑菌效果与其浓度呈正相关。[结论]苍耳子对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果最强,麦冬叶次之,灯芯草最弱。三七对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌效果最强,苍耳子次之,灯芯草最弱,为其临床安全使用提供参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the unilateral antibacterial effect of 7 Chinese herbal medicines such as Radix Ophiopogon japonicus, Radix Ophiopogon japonicus, hive, Panax notoginseng and Zhibai on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. [Method] The active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicines were extracted by boiling method and the antibacterial experiment was conducted by Oxford cup diffusion method to screen out the Chinese herbal medicines with strong antibacterial effect. The MIC values of seven kinds of Chinese herbs were determined by tube semi-dilution test. [Result] Radix Ophiopogon japonicus, Radix Ophiopogon japonicus, hive, Panax notoginseng, Zanthoxylum bungeanum, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Xanthium sibiricum had antibacterial activity to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus to varying degrees, Escherichia coli has good antibacterial effect, MIC 7.81 and 15.63 mg / ml. The inhibitory effect of Panax notoginseng and Xanthium on Staphylococcus aureus was 15.63 and 31.25 mg / ml, respectively. The antibacterial effect of the drug is positively correlated with its concentration. [Conclusion] Xanthium sibiricum had the strongest bacteriostasis effect on Escherichia coli, followed by Radix Ophiopogonis and was the weakest. Panax notoginseng Staphylococcus aureus has the strongest bacteriostatic effect, followed by cocklebur, and the weakest grass is the weakest, providing a reference for its clinical safety.
