乡镇干部是农村工作的骨干力量,担负着建设社会主义新农村、构建和谐社会及实现农民富裕的历史重任。在我国现阶段体制改革、经济和社会转型时期,乡镇干部在改革中作出了巨大的努力和牺牲,加之工作和生活环境较差,政治经济待遇难以落实等因素,使他们的工作积极性受到一定程度的挫伤,一定程度上影响了党的农村工作的开展和新农村建设。现就影响乡镇干部工作积极性的主要因素进行分析。 Township cadres are the backbone of rural work and shoulder the historical responsibility of building a new socialist countryside, building a harmonious society and realizing peasants’ affluence. In the current stage of institutional reform, economy and social transformation in our country, the township cadres made tremendous efforts and sacrifices in the reform. Coupled with the poor working and living environment and the difficult implementation of the political economy, the cadres of villages and towns have made their enthusiasm to a certain extent Dampening, to a certain extent, affected the party’s rural work and new rural construction.
