目的了解宁波口岸德国小蠊的抗药性情况,为口岸蟑螂药物防治提供科学依据。方法使用药膜法测定德国小蠊对6种杀虫剂的半数击倒时间(KT_(50))。结果宁波口岸德国小蠊对6种杀虫剂氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、苯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷、残杀威的抗性倍数分别为5.92、7.54、9.85、2.15、1.56和2.48。结论宁波口岸德国小蠊对多种菊酯类杀虫剂产生了不同程度的抗性,对残杀威和乙酰甲胺磷相对敏感。
Objective To understand the drug resistance of Blattella germanica at the port of Ningbo and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of cockroaches in the port. Methods The half-knock-down time (KT_ (50)) of Blattella germanica against six insecticides was determined by the membrane method. Results The resistance multiples of Blattella germanica, cypermethrin, cypermethrin, deltamethrin, deltamethrin, acephate and propoxurone against German insects at Ningbo Port were 5.92, 7.54, 9.85, 2.15, 1.56 and 2.48. Conclusion The Blattella germanica at Ningbo port has some degree of resistance to various pyrethroid insecticides and is relatively sensitive to propoxur and acephate.
