平肝降压汤是近年来研制的治疗高血压病的有效方剂 ,其疗效可能是通过调节血管活性物质促使血管平滑肌舒张而起作用 [1～ 3 ]。本实验将平肝降压汤加减并改用颗粒免煎剂 ,再加尼群地平应用于自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR) ,进一步观察其降压效果。1 实验材料1.1 动物 遗传性高血压
Pinggan antihypertensive decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of hypertension in recent years. Its therapeutic effect may be through the regulation of vasoactive substances to promote the relaxation of vascular smooth muscle [1–3].
