本文研究了液压传动的机床工作台在负载作正弦输入时工作台速度的频率响应.对应用调速阀的两种不同的液压调速系统——进油调速系统和回油调速系统进行了理论分析和实验研究.并应用古典法和状态变量法建立了数字模型,在数字计算机上进行了仿真,绘出了两种系统频率特性曲线.仿真结果和实验结果进行了比较.结论认为:两种系统的频带均较窄.当负载的脉动频率稍高时,工作台的速度便不能稳定. 文中还探讨了管道长度和活塞位置等对工作台速度不稳定的影响,给出了系统的简化传递函数表达式和几个对生产实践有意义的近似公式,并提出了改进途径.
This paper studies the frequency response of table speed when the load is made sinusoidal input on the table of the hydraulic drive machine.On the basis of two different hydraulic speed control systems which use the speed control valve-the inlet speed control system and the oil return speed control system The theoretical analysis and the experimental research are carried out.The numerical model is established by the classical method and the state variable method.The simulation of the two system frequency characteristics is done on the digital computer.The simulation results are compared with the experimental results.It is concluded that: Both systems have narrower frequency bands.When the pulsation frequency of the load is slightly higher, the speed of the workbench can not be stabilized.This paper also discusses the influence of pipe length and piston position on the instability of workbench speed, Simplify the expression of transfer function and several approximate formulas that are meaningful to the production practice, and put forward the improvement ways.
