炭氢化合物进料经蒸汽高温裂解而制乙烯是石油化工工业中高耗能生产过程。确定能源消耗的基准或者定标能源使用情况是比较不同的乙烯生产过程,改善管理,降低能源消耗的基础。本文基于非参数回归和乙烯生产数据仓库,提出了1种计算乙烯生产能源消耗的方法:根据乙烯企业生产工艺、原料、产品、规模等具体的生产条件参数,计算能源消耗量。这种方法有助于乙烯企业找出提高能效的关键和评估节能手段的实效。最后,举出2个计算例子以表明本文所提出的定标分析方法的有效性。
Hydrocarbon fuel feedstock pyrolysis of steam to ethylene is the petrochemical industry in the high energy-consuming production process. Benchmarks to determine energy consumption or to calibrate energy use are the basis for making relatively different ethylene production processes, improving management and reducing energy consumption. Based on the non-parametric regression and ethylene production data warehouse, a method for calculating the energy consumption of ethylene production is proposed. According to the production parameters of ethylene production process, raw materials, products, and scale, the energy consumption is calculated. This approach helps the ethylene business find the key to improving energy efficiency and assessing the effectiveness of energy-saving measures. Finally, two calculation examples are given to show the validity of the calibration method proposed in this paper.
