本文报导了七个新的5-氟尿嘧啶衍生物的合成,其中六个是新型的5-氟尿嘧啶二胺类衍生物。通过元素分析,H′核磁共振谱, 红外光谱和紫外光谱测定了化合物的结构,选做了部分药物的动物抗肿瘤试验,结果表明,具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。
This paper reports the synthesis of seven new 5-fluorouracil derivatives, six of which are novel 5-fluorouracil diamine derivatives. The structures of the compounds were determined by elemental analysis, H ’nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectroscopy. The antitumor experiments of some drugs were selected and the results showed that they had certain anti-tumor activity.
