目的:探讨MBT滑动直丝矫治技术配合微型平导矫治儿童前牙深覆合的临床效果。方法:对20例Ⅱ°和III°前牙深覆合的患者使用MBT滑动直丝矫治技术配合活动微型平导板矫治器进行治疗;分为实验组和对照组2组,每组20例。实验组用滑动直丝弓+平导板,对照组为未经矫治的原始资料。2组均拍摄头颅侧位片。结果:实验组和对照组下面高分别为68.90±2.40mm和65.80±1.91mm。两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组打开咬合平均时间,Ⅱ°深覆合平均4.1±2.2个月,III°深覆合平均5.5±2.2个月。结论:MBT矫治技术联合活动微型平导板矫治儿童前牙深覆合是一种快速有效打开咬合的好方法,并能有增加前下面垂直高度,改善面形,值得在临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical effect of MBT sliding wire straightening technique combined with mini-scale guide for treating deep anterior teeth in children. Methods: Twenty patients with deep Ⅱ ° and Ⅲ ° anterior teeth were treated with MBT sliding wire orthodontic technique with active micro-flat plate appliance. There were 2 experimental groups and 20 control groups. The experimental group with sliding straight wire + flat guide plate, the control group without correction of the original data. 2 groups were shot cephalometric slices. Results: The height of experimental group and control group were 68.90 ± 2.40mm and 65.80 ± 1.91mm respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In the experimental group, the mean occlusal time was opened. The mean depth of occlusion at Ⅱ ° depth was 4.1 ± 2.2 months, and the depth at III ° depth was 5.5 ± 2.2 months. Conclusion: MBT combined with miniature plate guide plate for the treatment of children ’s deep anterior incision is a quick and effective method to open the bite, and can increase the vertical height below the front to improve the shape, it is worth in the clinical application.
