目的探讨工作服色彩标识的应用在手术室管理中的显著成效,从而最大化保证手术室安全管理。方法通过对手术室工作人员工作服运用不同色彩区分进行有序管理,从手术室医护人员满意度、手术室工作效率、实习生等人员管理工作质量三方面进行对比并制作量表分析图示。结果通过不同色彩的工作服标识区分,使手术安全管理问题直观化,针对性的对各层级人员实施专项个体化管理,将人性化管理分布到个人,大幅度提高医护团队的有效满意度及工作质量。结论通过工作服色彩标识在手术室中的应用,落实以人为本的护理管理理念,标识的区分使护理管理工作层次分明,定位清晰,更加便捷的服务于医疗团队。同时对各级护理管理人才提供锻炼及培养的良好平台。从量表分析图所示工作服色彩标识在手术室管理中行之有效,是为可行的直观、高效的安全管理模式。
Objective To explore the significant effect of the application of color logo in operating room on operating room management so as to ensure the safety management of operating room. Methods According to the orderly management of operating room staff ’s working clothes with different colors, the questionnaire was compared and analyzed from three aspects: the satisfaction of operating staff in hospital, the working efficiency of operating room and the quality of intern management. The results through the different colors of overalls identification distinction, the surgical safety management issues visualization, targeted individual implementation of various levels of individual management, human management will be distributed to individuals, significantly improve the effectiveness of the health care team satisfaction and quality of work . Conclusion Through the application of color logo in the operating room, the concept of people-oriented nursing management has been implemented. The distinction between labels makes nursing management work well-defined, clear positioning and more convenient service to the medical team. At the same time at all levels of nursing personnel to provide training and training of a good platform. From the scale analysis diagram shown in the uniform color logo in the operating room management is effective, is feasible and intuitive, efficient security management.
