随着中国改革开放逐渐推进,各个行业都具有长远的眼光。很多企业都逐渐建成规模,企业的管理问题成了管理者们注重的问题。企业的人力资源管理是企业管理的重要部分,它在某些方面和企业的利益紧密关联,因此得到大家的重视。但是做好人力资源管理的初始条件之一就是企业内在的高效统计。本文对统计在企业人力资源管理中的使用标准和意义展开了讨论,然后对企业人力资源管理中的一部分统计目标展开解析,最终从统计学原理的视角展开研讨,希望为提升企业人力资源管理水平提供可供参考的建议。
With the gradual promotion of China’s reform and opening up, all industries have a long-term perspective. Many companies are gradually built scale, the management of enterprises has become the focus of managers. Human resource management of an enterprise is an important part of business management.
