[目的]研究不同激素种类及浓度对试管苗鳞片分化不定芽的影响。[方法]将Tiber、Rodina和Constanta试管苗鳞片在含有不同种类和浓度的激素的培养基中,统计三种东方百合在各处理下的不定芽数。[结果]细胞分裂素对东方百合鳞片分化能力的影响在品种间存在差异,其中6-BA对Tiber和Rodina鳞片分化不定芽的作用效果最好,只是在适宜的浓度水平上因品种不同有所差异。KT对Constanta鳞片分化不定芽的作用效果最好。生长素对3种东方百合试管苗鳞片分化不定芽质量影响差异不明显,只是在分化系数上有所差异。[结论]适合Tiber、Rodina和Constanta试管苗鳞片分化不定芽的培养基分别为MS+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L 2,4-D、MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L IAA和MS+1.0mg/L KT+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different hormone types and concentrations on adventitious buds in vitro. [Method] The Tiber, Rodina and Constanta tube plantlets were cultured in the medium containing different kinds and concentrations of hormones, and the adventitious buds of three oriental lilies were counted. [Result] The effects of cytokinin on the differentiation of oriental lily scales were different among the cultivars. Among them, 6-BA had the best effect on adventitious buds differentiation of Tiber and Rodina scales, except for the different concentration levels difference. KT on Constanta scales adventitious buds the best effect. The effects of auxin on the quality of adventitious buds of three oriental lily in vitro were not obvious, but the differentiation coefficient was different. [Conclusion] The medium suitable for adventitious bud differentiation of Tiber, Rodina and Constanta in vitro was MS + 0.2 mg / L 6-BA + 0.2 mg / L 2,4-D and MS + 1.0 mg / L 6-BA + 0.2 mg / L IAA and MS + 1.0 mg / L KT + 0.5 mg / L 2,4-D.
