一、增强凝聚力要有一个强有力的领导核心 领导者的人格魅力产生凝聚力。领导者的品格、言行、能力和思想即领导者的人格魅力对员工产生着强大的影响力。领导者的人格魅力,既属个人,就必然具有性格、习惯乃至天赋的个人特征。然而,作为社会群体的领导层,又必然具有共性。比如,坚定的政治信仰、高尚的道德情操、执著的事业追求、良好的思想作风、强烈的公仆意识、深厚的文化底蕴等等。人格魅力不是靠口头功夫和一时的行动,需要思想深处的冶炼。一个品格优秀、业务精湛、平易近人的领导者会以他的人格魅力对员工产生一种强大的吸引力和感召力。反之,一个作风散漫、唯利是图甚至贪污腐败的领导者,难以赢取员工的信任,必然导致人心涣散。

A leader of good character, excellent business, and approachable person will have a strong attraction and charisma for his staff with his charisma. Conversely, a leader who is sloppy in his style, mercenary, and even corrupt is hard to win the trust of his employees and will inevitably lead to a lack of confidence.
