(一) 我们党的中央全会以讨论精神文明建设为主题,这是第二次了。第一次是十年前的十二届六中全会,那次全会通过了《关于社会主义精神文明建设指导方针的决议》,十年之后又一个六中全会,十四届六中全会,通过了《关于加强社会主义精神文明建设若干重要问题的决议》。两次会议之间的这十年,从精神文明建设的角度来看,形势有了什么样的变化和发展呢?
(A) The second plenary meeting of our party centered on the discussion of the building of spiritual civilization. The first was the 6th Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Central Committee a decade ago. The plenary passed the Resolution on the Guidelines for the Construction of a Socialist Spiritual Civilization. Ten years later, another 6th Plenary Session and the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee passed Resolution on Several Important Issues concerning Strengthening the Construction of Socialist Spiritual Civilization. During the ten years between the two meetings, from the perspective of building a spiritual civilization, what kind of changes and developments have the situation taken place?
