与指纹、手印、脚迹及枪支上的痕迹相似,现场工具痕迹也是一种刑事犯罪现场重要痕迹。然而,现场工具痕迹即便出现率很高,在实际应用中发现其提取率和检验鉴定率均较低,同时,检验结果的准确性有待提升。笔者从我国现场工具痕迹的研究现状入手,首先介绍现场工具痕迹的概念及特点,然后分析现场工具痕迹提取及检验技术鉴定率低的原因,最后提出现场工具痕迹提取及检验技术的对策。
Similar to the marks on fingerprints, handprints, footprints and firearms, on-site tool marks are also an important trace of a criminal scene. However, even if the appearance of on-site tool marks is very high, the extraction rate and the verification rate are found to be low in practical application. At the same time, the accuracy of test results needs to be improved. Firstly, the author introduced the concept and characteristics of on-site tool marks, and then analyzed the reasons of the low rate of field tool marks extraction and inspection techniques. Finally, the countermeasures for the on-site tool marks extraction and inspection technology were put forward.
