国画作为一个自成体系、成熟的画种发展了几千年,如今却要讨论规律与当代标准,总觉得不是滋味。但想起石鲁生前说过的两句话:“艺术是有自己的规律的,但多年来被拴在政治的马车上,叫你唱小曲就唱小曲,让你卖屁股就卖屁股。”“画国画的要越画越像中国画。”话说得不好听,但点出了国画问题之症结所在。文革结束,改革开放已二十多年过去了,《美术观察》发起这场讨论,是有历史与现实的深意的,对于中国画纯粹性的复苏与健康发展是有意义的。
As a self-contained system, mature paintings have been developed for thousands of years. Nowadays, traditional Chinese painting has to discuss the laws and contemporary standards. But think of two sentences Shilu had said before: “Art has its own laws, but for many years been chained to the political carriage, so you sing a song to sing a song, so that you sell ass to sell buttocks. ”Paintings of traditional Chinese painting should be painted more like Chinese paintings." The words did not sound good, but the crux of the problem of Chinese painting was pointed out. At the end of the Cultural Revolution, more than 20 years of reform and opening up have passed. The launch of this discussion by Art Observatory is of profound meaning from history and reality, and makes sense for the recovery and healthy development of the pureness of Chinese painting.
