近日,笔者在到某矿区搞调查研究时,发现了这样一种“怪”现象:安全风险抵押只押主要领导,不押副职、不押工人。此举领导的“押”力大了,工人没有了“押”力。职工们风趣地说:安全好不好,关键看领导,安全搞好了,领导拿红包。结果,给人一种错觉,安全搞好搞不好成了领导的事,没有了工人的事,影响了职工自觉搞好安全的积极性的发挥,不利于安全生产。
Recently, when I came to investigate and study in a mining area, I discovered such a phenomenon of “blame”: the security risk mortgaged the main leaders of the bank, did not charge the deputy positions, did not charge the workers. As a result, it gives the illusion that if safety is not properly done, it becomes a matter for leadership and there is no worker. This will affect the enthusiasm of workers and staff to consciously improve their safety and will not be conducive to safety in production.
