以白云鄂博铁铌共生矿为原料,采用糖浆作为粘结剂,通过压制成型的方法进行了铁铌共生矿含碳球团研究,并探讨了各种因素对球团强度的影响。得出的最佳工艺条件是:碳氧比为1.0、成型压力为15 MPa、糖浆浓度为3.0%及100℃烘干。在此条件下,干、湿球抗压强度分别为37 N/P和25.6 N/P,落下强度分别为3.8次/P和14次/P,基本满足转底炉直接还原工艺对球团强度的要求。
Taking the Bayanobo iron-niobium symbiotic mine as raw material and syrup as binder, the carbon-containing pellets of iron-niobium symbiotic ore were studied by means of press-forming, and the influences of various factors on the pellet strength were also discussed.
