目的:探讨强心复脉颗粒治疗病态窦房结综合征患者的临床疗效。方法:将101例确诊为病态窦房结综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组;治疗组51例给予口服强心复脉颗粒,每次1袋,每日2次。对照组50例给予口服阿托品片,每次0.3mg,每日3次。4周后观察治疗效果。结果:治疗组对患者临床症状改善的总有效率是98.04%,对照组对患者临床症状改善的总有效率是46%,两组具有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组对患者24h动态心电图改善的总有效率是84.31%,对照组对患者24h动态心电图改善的总有效率是32%,两组具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:强心复脉颗粒可以明显改善患者的临床症状、提高患者心率,是治疗病态窦房结综合征的有效药物。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Qiangxin Fumai Granule in treating patients with sick sinus syndrome. Methods: 101 patients diagnosed as sick sinus syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, 51 patients were given Qiangxin Fumai granule orally, one bag per time, twice a day. Control group of 50 patients given oral atropine tablets, each 0.3mg, 3 times a day. After 4 weeks to observe the treatment effect. Results: The total effective rate was 98.04% in the treatment group and 46% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01) The total effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement was 84.31%. The total effective rate of control group was 24% of 24 hours. The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: QXM can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the heart rate of patients, which is an effective drug for the treatment of sick sinus syndrome.
