部分肿瘤化疗患者适宜在门诊进行治疗,绝大多数医疗保险统筹地区把恶性肿瘤的门诊化疗纳入到基本医疗保险统筹基金的支付范围。通过分析四个地区2006、2007年的医疗保险基金数据,表明影响恶性肿瘤门诊化疗费用的主要因素是用药、化疗方案及患者个体差异。最后就肿瘤门诊化疗医疗保险管理中存在的主要问题提出政策建议。
Some patients with cancer chemotherapy suitable for treatment in the clinic, the vast majority of medical insurance co-ordinating areas of cancer outpatient chemotherapy into the basic medical insurance co-ordination fund payment range. By analyzing the data of the medical insurance fund in 2006 and 2007 in the four regions, it is indicated that the main factors that affect the cost of chemotherapy in malignant tumor clinic are drug treatment, chemotherapy regimen and patient individual differences. Finally, some policy recommendations are put forward on the main problems in the management of cancer medical insurance in cancer clinics.
