在改革开放之后,我国市场经济快速的发展,旅游业规模随之迅速壮大,旅游景区、旅行社、消费者三者连成了一体。消费者的素质不断的提高,对服务质量的要求越来越高,旅行社和旅游景区开始建立旅游服务评估体系,增强自身的服务质量,实时监测服务人员的一言一行,对旅游服务进行系统的评估。本文就旅游业服务评估体系展开研究分析,阐述服务评估体系的内涵,缺陷问题以及对未来的提升策略。
