近日从国家统计局获悉,7月份,国内固定资产投资增长进一步减缓,而出口则有所回升,市场价格降幅缩小。 据统计,7月份,国有及其它经济类型固定资产投资1611亿元(不含城乡集体和个体投资),同比增长3.8％、增幅比上半年回落了11.3个百分点。其中,基本建设投资955亿元,增长2.7％;更新改造投资277亿元,下降10.8％;房地产投资299亿元,增长25.8％。1-7月份,国有及其它经济类型固定资产投资8298亿元,同比增长12.7％。
Recently from the National Bureau of Statistics was informed that in July, the growth of domestic fixed asset investment slowed down further, while exports have picked up, the market price decline narrowed. Statistics show that in July, investment in fixed assets of state-owned and other types of economy was 161.1 billion yuan (excluding urban and rural collective and individual investment), an increase of 3.8% over the same period of previous year, an increase of 11.3 percentage points from the first half. Among them, the capital construction investment was 95.5 billion yuan, an increase of 2.7%; the investment for renovation and transformation was 27.7 billion yuan, down 10.8%; the real estate investment was 29.9 billion yuan, up 25.8%. From January to July, investment in fixed assets of state-owned and other types of economy reached 829.8 billion yuan, up 12.7% over the same period of last year.
