目的分析2015年兰溪市食源性疾病哨点医院主动监测结果。方法通过浙江省食源性疾病监测报告系统收集2015年哨点医院监测数据,建立Excel数据库,对食源性疾病时间分布、临床表现和实验室检测结果进行分析。结果 2015年兰溪市共报告食源性疾病423例,6—7月发病相对较多(23.64%),0岁~(24.11%)和≥60岁组(32.39%)比例较大,主要临床症状为腹泻(100.00%),病原体阳性检出13例(3.07%),均为沙门菌。报告的可疑食品以禽肉类比例最大(30.77%);可疑进食场所以家庭为主(53.85%)。结论沙门菌是兰溪市食源性疾病致病的主要微生物,应加强主动监测,针对儿童和老年人开展食品安全教育。
Objective To analyze the result of proactive surveillance of sentinel disease sentinel hospitals in Lanxi City in 2015. Methods The surveillance data of sentinel hospitals in 2015 were collected through the foodborne disease surveillance and reporting system in Zhejiang Province. An Excel database was established to analyze the time distribution, clinical manifestations and laboratory test results of foodborne diseases. Results A total of 423 food-borne diseases were reported in Lanxi City in 2015, with a relatively high incidence (23.64%) in 6-7 months, a large proportion of patients aged 0-24% (32.11%) and ≥60 years (32.39%), with major clinical symptoms In the case of diarrhea (100.00%), 13 were positive for pathogens (3.07%), both of which were Salmonella. Reported suspicious foods with the largest proportion of poultry (30.77%); suspicious places to feed families (53.85%). Conclusion Salmonella is the main microorganism causing foodborne disease in Lanxi. Active surveillance should be strengthened to educate children and the elderly about food safety.
