随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展,也把电视事业推向了市场经济的轨道。国家财政已给部分电视台断了“奶”。这些断了“奶”的电视台的经费已经由向“妈”要变为自己筹集。面对这样的新形势,作为党和政府喉舌和工具的“天之骄子”,必须转变“供给制”的管理模式,确立适应市场经济管理的思想和方法。必须面向市场搞宣传,参与市场抓创收;必须学会生财、聚财、用财之道;必须处理好资金的管理提高资金的效益。笔者认为,当前在电视台的财务管理工作应着重解决好三个问题:
With the development of the socialist market economy in our country, the cause of television has also been pushed to the track of a market economy. National finance has given some television stations a “milk”. The funds for these broken “milk” TV stations have been raised by becoming “mom”. Facing such a new situation, as the “favorite” of the party and the government mouthpieces and tools, we must change the management mode of “supply system” and establish the ideas and methods to adapt to market economy management. Must engage in market-oriented publicity, market participation in revenue; must learn to make money, gather money, use the money; must handle the management of funds to improve the effectiveness of funds.
