最近,广东省惠州市惠城区总工会对辖区内300人以上的企业,开展了一次督促指导企业规范完善劳动规章制度的活动,发现了一批劳动规章制度存在问题较多的企业,督促一批企业整改了违规或过时的劳动规章条款,树立了一批劳动规章规范完善的企业样本。实践证明,依法规范劳动规章制度是运用法治思维和法治方法协调劳动关系的一个有效切入点,是推进工会工作法治化建设的重要抓手。一、当前企业劳动规章制度存在的问题
