目的对冬虫夏草真菌蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌Paecilomyces hepiali发酵菌丝体进行化学成分研究。方法利用硅胶柱、凝胶柱、高效液相色谱等技术对蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌发酵菌粉的95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并通过核磁共振谱、质谱等谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果从95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,9,22-三烯-3β-醇(1)、(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(2)、(22E,24R)-麦角甾-6β-甲氧基-7,22-二烯-3β,5α-二醇(3)、胡萝卜苷(4)、环(亮-色)二肽(5)、环(异亮-色)二肽(6)、环(缬-色)二肽(7)、4-(2-甲酰基-5-羟甲基-1-氢-吡咯-1-基)丁酸(8)、4-(2-甲酰基-5-甲氧基甲基-1-氢-吡咯-1-基)丁酸(9)、5-羟甲基糠酸(10)、琥珀酸(11)。结论化合物1、2、4~9均为首次从拟青霉(瓶梗青霉)属真菌中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the mycelium of Paecilomyces hepiali from Cordyceps militaris. Methods The 95% ethanolic extracts of Paecilomyces bat yielded by Penicillium sp. Were isolated and purified by silica gel column, gel column and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of compounds were identified by NMR, MS and other spectroscopic methods. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of 95% ethanol extract and identified as (22E, 24R) -ergosta-7,9,22-trien-3β- 24R) -ergosta-7,22-diene-3β, 5α, 6β-triol (2), (22E, 24R) -ergosta-6β-methoxy-7,22-diene- - diol (3), daucoster (4), ring (light-color) dipeptide (5), ring 4- (2-formyl-5-methoxymethyl-1 -hydroxy-pyrrol- 1 -yl) butanoic acid (8) Pyrrol-1-yl) butanoic acid (9), 5-hydroxymethylfurfurylic acid (10), succinic acid (11). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2, 4 ~ 9 were isolated from fungi of Paecilomyces (Penicillium) for the first time.
