杨芹溪系我省经济战略研究专家、高级经济师,1995年起任广东省人民政府发展研究中心副主任,现主持研究中心的全面工作,兼任广东省企业发展战略研究会会长、广东省经济学家与企业家联谊会会长等职务;他主持了《广东优化能源结构与建设第三核电研究》、《西电东送研究》、《广东冶金工业发展战略研究》、《广东产业结构调整与建立支柱产业研究》、《广东农业税收办法改革研究》、《广东发展非公有制经济研究》、《广东建设海洋经济强省研究》、《新时期粤港澳产业合作与结构升级、优化研究》、《新时期粤港澳科技合作研究》等影响较大的课题研究;主编了《跨世纪重大课题——广东建设海洋经济强省》、《跨国经营战略》、《迈向新世纪的广东非公有制经济》、《中国入世与广东经济》、《广东产业发展纪实》等书;为本刊撰写了《广东产业结构调整》、《上海发展的脉搏》等数十篇论文。杨芹溪多年来研究广东城市经济、产业结构与企业发展战略,对广东经济在改革开放20多年来的发展进步有着深刻的体会与深入的了解。近日,我刊就新世纪广东经济发展三大战略问题采访了杨芹溪。
