本文通过调研得出低密度水泥浆的优势,并基于紧密堆积和颗粒级配理论,用普通水泥和胶凝材料配制出了一种低密度高强度水泥浆,并通过实验证明了该低密度高强度水泥浆具有水泥石强度高、水泥浆流变性好、稳定性好、失水容易控制、防窜性好、抗腐蚀性能高等优点。文中阐述了低密度高强度水泥浆的设计原理,介绍了现场应用情况,并讨论了应用中有待进一步完善的问题。
In this paper, the advantages of low-density grouts are obtained through investigation. Based on the theory of tight packing and particle grading, a low-density and high-strength grout is prepared from ordinary cement and cementitious materials. Strength of cement with high strength cement, rheological properties of cement slurry is good, good stability, easy to control water loss, good channeling resistance, high corrosion resistance advantages. The paper describes the design principle of low density and high strength cement slurry, introduces the field application, and discusses the problems to be further improved in the application.
