针对中国职业男子篮球运动员的力量水平不足的问题,文章从力量训练的一般理论研究入手,结合竞技篮球运动的特点及对体能的特殊要求,揭示了竞技篮球运动员力量素质的基本属性、功能和表现特征以及职业篮球运动力量训练系统的组织构成。在此基础上,运用人体适应的基本规律、运动训练学基本原理对职业篮球赛季制力量分期训练的理论和过程进行了分析。最后提出了我国职业篮球运动员力量训练的一般模式。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient strength of professional basketball players in China, starting with the general theory of strength training, the article reveals the basic attributes, functions and performance of competitive basketball players by combining the characteristics of competitive basketball and the special requirements of physical fitness.
