国际法教材中在使用“内水”等概念时存在着混乱或混淆现象。这可能直接影响学生对相关知识的理解和掌握,也可能会导致操作上的偏差而引起纠纷。本文在对几本主要教材中“内水”等相关概念进行分析的基础上,提出避免以上现象的措施和解决办法。
There are chaos or confusion in the use of concepts such as “internal water” in the textbooks of international law. This may directly affect students’ understanding and mastery of related knowledge, and may also cause operational discrepancies and cause disputes. Based on the analysis of some related concepts such as “internal water” in several main textbooks, this article puts forward measures and solutions to avoid the above phenomena.
