如今,孩子偏食、不喜欢吃菜是家长们普遍头疼的事。这学期,我们通过家园密切配合,有效地解决了这一难题。总结经验,我们认为以下方法比较有实效。 ·饭前不吃零食、水果,养成有规律的生活习惯。 ·每天早晨或晚饭前进行定量、适当的体育活动,如跑步、踢球、游戏、跳绳、玩沙包等。 ·吃菜时,菜量逐步增加。成人不强迫孩子多吃。 ·吃饭时,创设愉快的气氛,最好放一些儿童音乐,而且应打破
