建立了堆焊合金定量设计的数学模型,有计划地设计熔敷层强化机构,创制了具有优良综合性能的NiCrWSi系耐磨堆焊合金。测试了堆焊层的常温粘着磨损、高温(600℃)粘着磨损和磨粒磨损性能,并分析了熔敷层硬度随温度的变化关系。
The mathematic model of the quantitative design of the surfacing alloy was established. The design of the cladding strengthening mechanism was planned and the NiCrWSi hardfacing alloy with excellent comprehensive properties was created. At room temperature, adhesive wear, high temperature (600 ℃) adhesive wear and abrasive wear performance of overlay were tested. The relationship between the hardness of overlay and temperature was also analyzed.
