【目的】百合组培快繁技术途径。【方法】以金康卡百合的子房、花柱、花丝为外植体,研究不同灭菌时间、不同培养基对外植体组织培养过程的影响。【结果】在愈伤诱导培养基上培养两周左右外植体出现膨大,培养20 d左右,即有淡绿色愈伤组织出现;不同的NAA和BA浓度对愈伤诱导影响较大,激素浓度为0.5 mg/LNAA和1.5 mg/L BA的MS培养基对促进子房膨大和愈伤诱导效果最佳。【结论】不同的灭菌时间对外植体污染率的影响不同,均随着灭菌时间的延长呈显著下降的趋势。金康卡百合的子房、花柱、花丝形成愈伤组织能力有一定差异,用子房作外植体比花柱、花丝更易产生愈伤组织且存活率较高。
【Objective】 lily tissue culture fast propagation techniques. 【Method】 The effects of different sterilization time and different media on explant culture were studied with ovary, style and filament of explants of Jinkangka lily as explants. 【Result】 The results showed that explants exposed to callus were expanded about two weeks and cultured for about 20 days, that is, pale green callus appeared. Different concentrations of NAA and BA had a significant effect on callus induction. The hormone concentration MS medium supplemented with 0.5 mg / L NAA and 1.5 mg / L BA had the best effect on promoting ovarian enlargement and callus induction. 【Conclusion】 The effects of different sterilization times on the contamination rate of explants are different, both of which show a significant decreasing trend with the extension of sterilization time. Jinkangka lily ovary, style, filament formation callus have some differences in ability to make explants with ovary than the style, the filament is more likely to produce callus and a higher survival rate.
