Municipal People’s Government decided to abolish the following 72 rules: 1. Shanghai foreign-funded enterprises procurement of materials and product sales approach (June 12, 1989 issued by the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government) 2, the implementation of the Shanghai Municipal Technology Transfer Act (April 1986 27th Shanghai Municipal People’s Government) 3. Provisional Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Expanding the Independence of Local Independent Research (Issued by Shanghai Municipal People’s Government on April 30, 1986) 4. Measures for the Administration of Technical Services and Technical Training in Shanghai (June 1988 19, Shanghai Municipal People’s Government released)
