今年9月1日,《教育法》正式实施,这对教育界来说是件大事。为了让同志们更好地学习、运用《教育法》,我们走访了市教委政策法规处处长季国强同志,请他谈谈有关贯彻实施《教育法》中的问题。季国强同志在任市教育局普教处处长期间参加过《上海市实施义务教育办法》等的起草工作,并有多年具体贯彻《义务教育法》的经历,故谙熟教育法律、法规。季处长十分繁忙,我们好不容易在他参加的“上海市政法于部学习班”上找到了他,他也忙里偷闲,很乐意地回答了我们
