针对具有多台公用变压器的小区,当其中一台或多台变压器停运,所属低压用户由其它变压器代供电时,如何保证低压集中抄表系统抄表和台区线损计算等功能正常实现的问题,提出了一种简单而有效的解决方案:改变集中器和配变监测计量终端接线方式,保证集中器和配变监测计量终端始终带电并正常运行。
