硬脆金属材料采用普通切削加工相当困难。本文对硬脆金属材料进行了超声电解复合加工工艺试验与研究 ,该复合加工方法使加工速度、精度及表面质量较单一工艺有显著改善。
Hard and brittle metal materials using ordinary cutting quite difficult. In this paper, the hard and brittle metal materials were ultrasonic composite process of ultrasonic machining test and research, the composite processing method so that the processing speed, accuracy and surface quality than single process significantly improved.
