可以说,当下网络已经成为人们重要的信息接收与传播渠道;加上手机网络化,人人可以发博客、微博、微信、评论等,所以人人都是自媒体。去年以来,我国与食品安全相关的热点话题层出不穷,其中酒类行业更是事件频出。传统媒体与新兴媒体相继曝出塑化剂超标,农残门、致癌门、勾兑门等事件。一时之间,纷纷攘攘,对酒类产品的质量安全问题质疑不断,扰乱了社会、经济和生活秩序,而这些事件所涉及产品最终经国家权威部门验证,均为合格产品。
