目的:探讨泽泻不同炮制饮片成分差异。方法:建立泽泻及其炮制饮片的指纹图谱,用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统提取各炮制饮片指纹图谱信息,用SPSS进行分析。结果:各炮制饮片与生品饮片之间指纹图谱有显著差异,其中有14个峰为不同泽泻饮片的特征峰。结论:泽泻不同炮制饮片及生品饮片的特征成分有显著差异。
Objective: To investigate the differences of the components of Alisma orientalis Methods: The fingerprint of Alisma orientalis and its processed Pieces was established. The fingerprints of Pieces of Pieces were extracted by using the similarity evaluation system of Chromatographic Fingerprints of Chinese Traditional Medicines. The data were analyzed by SPSS. Results: There were significant differences in fingerprinting between processed and sliced pieces, of which 14 were the characteristic peaks of different Alisma orientalis. Conclusion: Alisma different processing Pieces and raw Pieces of the characteristics of significant differences.
