把对水分胁迫具抗性的品种(CruzAlta)和敏感品种(Leones)的叶龄为7d的叶片.在光照条件下置于100%o2和水分胁迫条件下72h。研究其叶绿体抗氧化剂酶、谷优甘肽还原酶(GR)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(AP)胁迫的影响及其对胁迫抗性的关系。在经受100%o2和水分胁迫后.仅抗性品种CruzAlta的GR和AP增加.在两种胁迫处理条件下.抗性品种的硫氢基增加.而敏感品种则显著减少。胁迫参数(叶绿素、蛋白质、脂过氧化物、导电率)的测定结果表明:在敏感品种Leones的叶片中由胁迫处理引起的氧化作用比抗性品种CruzAlta中的强.本研究认为GR、AP和氧化保护间存在着相关性.小麦叶片中的水分和氧化胁迫之间具有一定的交互抗性。
Leaf ages of 7 days were used for the cultivars resistant to water stress (CruzAlta) and Leones (Leones). Placed under light conditions 100% o2 and water stress conditions 72h. The effects of chloroplast antioxidant enzymes, glutathione reductase (GR) and ascorbate peroxidase (AP) stress on its stress tolerance were studied. After undergoing 100% o2 and water stress. Only the resistant varieties CruzAlta increased GR and AP. Under both stress conditions. The sulfhydryl groups of resistant varieties increased. The sensitive species is significantly reduced. The results of the stress parameters (chlorophyll, protein, lipid peroxidation and conductivity) showed that the oxidative stress induced by stress was stronger in Leones leaves than the resistant species CruzAlta. This study suggests that there is a correlation between GR, AP and oxidative protection. There was some interaction resistance between water and oxidative stress in wheat leaves.
