目的研究高频电刀、电凝器输出功率对患者年长、年幼相同部位及年幼患者不同部位组织止血效果和组织损伤存在的差异。方法将患者分为成年腹股沟组40例、年幼腹股沟组36例、年幼患者其它部位组13例,观察术中高频电刀、电凝器输出功率对手术部位组织止血效果及组织损伤的影响,分组统计高频电刀、电凝器对应的适宜输出功率域值。结果发现年长组、年幼组相同手术部位,年幼组不同手术部位组织所需的高频电刀、电凝器输出功率适宜阈值存在显著差异。结论在使用高频电刀、电凝器时建议针对患者的年龄长幼及其部位组织适当地调整输出功率,在不影响止血效果的情况下,以减少高频电刀、电凝器所致的组织损伤率。
Objective To study the differences of hemostatic effect and tissue damage between high-frequency electrocautery and condenser in different parts of elderly patients, young patients and young patients. Methods The patients were divided into adult inguinal group (40 cases), young groin group (36 cases) and young patients (13 cases).
