膀胱神经鞘瘤非常少见，我院收治1例，报道如下。刘某，男，46岁，因间歇性、无病性肉眼全程血尿20年，近40d出现尿中大量血块、尿频、乏力及腰痛而入院。查体：贫血貌，膀胱区触及较大质硬肿物，无触痛。血红蛋白35g／L，红细胞1．15X10‘’／L，尿素氮14．34mmol／L。膀价镜
Bladder schwannoma is very rare, admitted to our hospital in 1 case, reported as follows. Liu, male, 46 years old, due to intermittent, non-pathological gross hematuria 20 years, nearly 40d appeared in a large number of blood clots, frequent urination, fatigue and low back pain and admission. Physical examination: anemia appearance, the bladder area touches the larger hard mass, no tenderness. Hemoglobin 35g / L, red blood cells 1.15X10 ’’ / L, urea nitrogen 14.34mmol / L. Gap mirror
