本文披露了加拿大 1 996— 2 0 0 1年人文社会科学五年战略计划所确定的发展战略 ,并从该国发展人文社会科学的举措中归纳出 6个新的动向 :政府加大战略性课题的投资力度 ;开展重大课题的跨学科研究和综合性研究 ;为北部地区研究注入新的活力 ;实施研究基础设施和网络化建设 ;设立新的研究席位以吸引高级人才 ;树立人文社会科学教育的未来形象。作者认为上述动向表明 ,加拿大确信人文社会科学的人才和成果在政府决策咨询和保证国家在新世纪的繁荣昌盛等方面是大有可为的 ,正致力于为人文社会科学的发展营造更佳的环境。
This article discloses the development strategy set out in Canada’s five-year strategic plan for humanities and social sciences for the year 1996-2001 and six new trends from the development of humanities and social sciences in the country: the government increases its strategic task Investment in interdisciplinary and comprehensive research on major issues; infuse new vitality into research in the northern region; implement research infrastructure and network construction; establish new research seats to attract senior personnel; establish a humanities and social science education The future image. The author believes that the above trend shows that Canada is convinced that the talents and achievements of the humanities and social sciences are promising in government decision-making consultation and ensuring the prosperity of the country in the new century and is devoted to creating a better environment for the development of humanities and social sciences.
