喷油泵和喷油器(简称喷油嘴)是柴油机的心脏。它的制造精度很高,其中运动件的间隙只有2~3微米,相当于一根头发丝的1/20。在使用中若有污物杂质侵入,则极易引起磨损,从而导致油泵、油嘴的工作故障,甚至会发生“咬死”现象。一般说来,油泵、油嘴的磨损形式主要有三种:接触磨损、磨料磨损和腐蚀磨损,其中“磨料磨损”所占比例最大。所谓“磨料磨损”主要由于通过油泵、油嘴的油层混入了外来的硬质粒子,使油泵、油嘴的三对精密偶件(柱塞、偶件、出油阀偶件)发生
Fuel injection pump and injector (referred to as injector) is the heart of the diesel engine. Its manufacturing precision is very high, of which the clearance of moving parts is only 2 to 3 microns, which is equivalent to 1/20 of a hair wire. In use, if dirt and impurities invade, it is easy to cause wear and tear, which led to the pump, grease nozzle failure, and even “kill” phenomenon.
