目的比较观察普通钢板与点状接触钛板内固定术后板下组织的构成及其形态学改变。方法选择一组踝关节骨折和桡骨远端骨折切开复位内固定的病例,术后6个月骨折愈合,在板钉取除手术时切取5mm×5mm的板下组织,根据手术选用的内固定材料分为普通钢板螺钉和点状接触钛板螺钉两组进行切片,HE和Mason染色后行组织学观察。结果普通钢板下的组织增生明显,胶原纤维排列紊乱,有核细胞数量多,血管丰富;纯钛金属板下也有组织增生,胶原纤维排列比普通钢板有序,血管增生活跃,但少于普通钢板组。结论点状接触钛板对板下组织的影响较普通钢板轻,可能更有利于骨血运的重建及骨愈合。
OBJECTIVE To compare the structure and morphological changes of inferior plate of common plate and point-contact titanium plate after internal fixation. Methods A series of ankle fractures and distal radius fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation. The fracture was healed 6 months after the operation. The plate under the 5mm × 5mm was removed during the removal of the nail. According to the selected internal fixation Materials were divided into ordinary steel plate screws and point-contact titanium plate two groups of slices, HE and Mason histological observation. Results Under normal steel plate, the proliferation of tissues was obvious, collagen fibers were disordered, the number of nucleated cells was large and the blood vessels were abundant. There were also tissue hyperplasia under the pure titanium plate. The arrangement of collagen fibers was more orderly than normal plate, group. Conclusion The point-contact titanium plate on the plate under the influence of tissue lighter than ordinary steel, may be more conducive to the reconstruction of bone blood flow and bone healing.
